Our Windows servers are Windows 2000 Servers running service pack 3 or higher, our Linux servers are Red Hat Linux 7.2 running Apache web server.

Unfortunately we do not offer dial up internet access as we concern ourselves with the business of hosting web sites and email services, there are however a plethora of ISP's out there that will offer you a straight forward dial up account / isdn account / broadband account.

In the last 12 months our servers have been up in the region of 98% of the time, with any down time being out of hours at the weekend and pre warned.

Your account can usually be set up within 2 working days, your domain name will be registered as soon as we have received payment from yourselves and normally takes 2-3 days for the domain name registration to complete and be visible to the entire internet community.

Our upstream internet providers have a massive 400mbs internet connection, this is more than most providers have and is more than ample for most internet applications.
